Lauren was born in Wyoming with Southern roots, but raised in Bozeman after her family made the move here in 2001. Her parents have owned and operated J&K Contractors in Bozeman since its inception, so it’s safe to say real estate, building, buying and selling were and are frequent topics at the dinner table. It has always been Lauren’s dream to make her way into the family business so when her dad encouraged her to get her real estate license, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to work alongside her family. Lauren has several years of experience in customer service, hospitality and management. As a result, communications, public relations, and organization come easy to her. Her goal is to bring her knowledge from her upbringing in the construction business and her experience in customer service, hospitality, and business management to the real estate field. She strives to provide honest, consistent, efficient and excellent service to her clients. It is Lauren’s number one priority to exceed expectations rather than simply meet them.
Matthew Locati—a nationally recognized award-winner for “Outstanding Effort & Accomplishment in Real Estate”—joins Gallatin Real Estate, bringing with him many successful years as a Realtor, investor, land developer, property “flipper,” and landlord. When you meet Matthew, you will probably be impressed initially by his “Montana mountain man” beard, but much more than that; his unmatchable energy, witty sense of humor, and strong character, which embody so much of Montana’s good nature and small-town family values. Real estate has been a lifelong pursuit and passion for Matthew and he truly enjoys helping his clients capitalize on their hopes and achieve their dreams, whether through home ownership, purchasing/selling real estate, design-build projects, investment portfolios, tax deferred exchanges or property development. When not busy negotiating on his client’s behalf— working on marketing strategies, studying finance, reviewing real estate market changes, or in the office managing transactions—Matthew can be found next to a beautiful Montana stream or river covered in sunscreen and mosquito repellant, untangling himself from his fly line, pretending he knows how to fly fish. Don’t hesitate to contact Matthew today. He looks forward to meeting you, working with you, and working hard to answer any of your real estate questions and needs. (Leave all fly-fishing questions to the professionals).

Dr. Pearson forged a successful business locally over the past 6 years specializing in treating anxiety, depression and trauma. Prior to moving into mental health, Rebecka created and ran a successful horseback riding program for children and adults and herself competed along the east coast.
Rebecka recently made the transition to real estate in an effort to continue to use her knowledge and skills in helping people identify and move toward their goals in the most efficient manner possible. She hopes to bring her warmth, honesty and ability to connect with people to the arena of helping people buy, sell or invest in the right properties for them. In an effort to continue to support causes near and dear to her, Rebecka has pledged to donate a portion of her commission from each sale. For each transaction, you the client will have the opportunity to chose from a list of local non-profits that also speaks to you to receive this donation. In this way, we are all giving back to the community we live in and love!

Susi spent nearly 20 years as an international pilot for United Airlines, her dream since she was a young girl until she retired and traveled the world with her husband and three young sons in 2003-2004. They were looking for an adventure but they were also looking for a new place to live and explore. They briefly contemplated a sheep farm in NewZealand and a vineyard in Tuscany but eventually came back to the United States to keep searching. Then they found Montana and fell in love. Susi had lived in 6 states and briefly in Florence, Italy and thought she would always keep moving to new places but that was before she found Bozeman and her wandering soul found serenity.
Bozeman is unlike anywhere she had visited or lived. It is a vibrant college town with a fast-growing economy and an extraordinary airport, tech center and it is vacation central. It is 90 miles from Yellowstone National Park and 15 miles to 2 major ski resorts and is surrounded by breathtaking mountain ranges with pristine streams to fish on the valley floor. The Bozeman lifestyle is the envy of a nation. You are minutes from trails to hike, mountains to ski, streams to fish, and rocks to climb. Bozeman is young, ambitious, historic, casual, inspiring, and rejuvenating. Let Susi share her passion for SW Montana and help you find a place to call your own.
